Emily says she's lost about 30 pounds since she gave birth , and that she gained 46 pounds in total during her pregnancy. "It just shows how much liquid I had!", She wrote. "It's great not to be swollen too!"
Emily says her stomach is still "really spongy but it gets there." Her abs, which she says have three fingers spread after that 39 she gave birth (a condition known as diastasis recti), now seem to be almost completely back together. "The ground and pelvic floor work that I do every day obviously works," she said. (Get the secret to ban the belly bulge of WH readers who did it with Take it all! )
Emily then went to the sessions of It's training to try to get in shape. "I managed to do really light exercises at home today for my pelvic floor and my core and some crab resistant steps and monster steps!" Did she say. "It was really light and easy but it feels so good to do something slightly active!"
Check out Emily Skye's workout before her pregnancy: Her big plan is to return to the gym in two and a half weeks, which she looks forward to. "It will take a lot of work to regain a form of strength and fitness, but if I engage and if I am consistent, I think I will get there," she said.
Emily has made it clear that she has great plans to get in shape, but she will also be kind and patient with herself, especially after a difficult pregnancy. "My pregnancy was not what I thought it would be, I thought of doing regular exercise all the way through, but that did not happen because I was often sick and I was Had back pain, which was hurting me to walk home, "she wrote in a previous Instagram post. "I can say I'm going to have a LOT of work in front of me to be fit again and strong that I KNOW I can do."

Emily has had a lot of support from her online community, many of whom have followed her FIT training programs. And we certainly encourage it, as well as all the other mamas that work to feel strong and comfortable in their bodies after pregnancy.
